1. Information you provide
When you submit a request for quotation or contact our sales team, you may provide your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp or phone contact, product interest, quantity, application and message.
For multi-product or project enquiries, the information may also include context about a bill of materials, drawing or product list. Supporting files are sent separately by email or WhatsApp; the website enquiry form does not upload files.
2. How we use enquiry information
We use this information to receive and respond to enquiries, prepare sales follow-up, discuss products and project requirements, and maintain appropriate business communications.
3. Storage and email notification
The primary enquiry record is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. This helps us manage sales follow-up and reduces the risk that an enquiry is lost if a notification email is delayed or fails.
A sales notification is sent to sales@dayangpv.com. This delivery path uses Cloudflare services and the Dynadot email service. The website does not currently use a customer relationship management system.
4. Website analytics
When enabled and allowed by your cookie choice, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, product browsing, the enquiry funnel and general website usage. Ordinary analytics events are designed not to include personal information from the enquiry form.
5. Advertising measurement
When enabled and allowed by your cookie choice, we may use Google Ads to support advertising and measure whether an advertisement contributes to a completed enquiry. Enhanced Conversions is not enabled.
6. Cookies and your choices
The website provides three preference categories:
- Necessary: stores your cookie preference and supports essential website operation.
- Analytics: permits optional measurement of visits and completed enquiries.
- Advertising: permits optional advertising conversion measurement.
You can accept all optional measurement, reject optional measurement, or manage your preferences. Under our Basic Consent Mode approach, full Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking is not loaded before you give the relevant consent. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer at any time.
7. Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Google and Dynadot provide infrastructure or services used by the website and related business communications. Because these services operate internationally, information may be processed by service infrastructure in different countries or regions.
8. Data retention
We retain enquiry and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage business communications, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
9. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact sales@dayangpv.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your enquiry, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
